Default K&N cai

I just got and installed a K&N CAI series 77 and it's amazing; the sound, the performance, everything.
But there's this low rattling noise when is shifting and its kind of annoying. I tried dismounting the whole thing, replacing the bolts, nuts, washers and even new rubber bushings. I re-assembled everything back and still can hear it. I don't know what else to do.....
Sometimes I think that is the filter rubbing against the heat shield but it seems to be properly installed and it would be rubber against metal, so please, if someone has had the same issue, help would be greatly appreciated.

I drive a Red Inferno 2007 Dodge Ram Hemi 4x4. BF Goodrich A/T 285/55/20, Flowmaster exhaust and K&N CAI series 77.

I have the same intake. I do not hear any sound from mine other than the sound of a "vacuum leak" as some dude at Home Depot told me I had.

I agree with 1LwRam as my AEM makes a 'wooshing' sound kind of like a bad carb,
