You can always pop it back open and trim it off with a razor. ;-)

very true it wouldnt take that much....it took about 6 hrs but iwas doing this and that and i sanded mine right down with a green scotchbrite pad....

wtf that mean frog wait to see what happens? oh.... my comment in the competition.....gtup i started first thing in the mornig and was done by afternoon i got a son and a fiance so i had to do this and that hey hows this look yaddi yadda....ya know how that goes....

i was thinking about doing this, but my lenses are a little fogged, now im trying to decide if i should do it... or jusy buy a new set of blacked out headlights...

depends how badly they are fogged do you have some wax... or a buffing compound ? and an applicator if so wax em with a medium grit compound and then hitem with a polish...if you have a foose ball that works awesome too thats what i usually use....now i got one my d/s lense that has some deep im gonna try and wetsand it useing 1k the then some 1200 or something and then clearcoat them that worked for some guys in 2nd gen forum....now they have plasti-x at your local advance,walmart,autozone and ive never used it but heard some say it works real well.....im sure others have a way i guess u could start a thread and see what others have done....

good job. looks alot better than chrome! should have used superglue rather than gorilla glue...
