start cheap man paint them wheels black...get the heads and go aftermarket with the rest places like autoanything,stylintrucks, jc whitney, ebay to name justa few you can find the aftermarkety stuff cheaper and more custom or diff than the typical run of the mill stuff....good luck pics are a must...
