Default Are ST trims lower than others?

I've got an 08 ST trim 4X4. I put a 2.5" leveling kit on it the week I bought it new. My question is, does anyone know if the ST is lower in the front than other models? The front did raise up just under 2.5 inches but the rear is still higher by another inch and a half or two. I'm wondering if I could put the coils from an off road Ram that are an inch and a half taller without putting too much strain on my CV shafts and ball joints, or if other not so basic model coils are a little taller? The truck sits up pretty high and the 285s I have on it look too small. I don't want to go with a large lift but would like to have another 1-1.5 inches if it was possible.
