Sounds like me....I bought my vette brand new and I was 21 in 2004! Gotta love the C5Z's. I had a few rustangs too, and thought they were fast and talked them up all the time, but nothing like this!

 

Youngsters! Happy Birthday Nick. November is just a good time for all the cool Nicks to have there Birthday. I just turned 30 on the 6th. But I still feel like I am 21 so that is all that matters. However this thread is making me feel old for the first time realizing how young you all are! When I was 20 I was up to no good using drugs driving a ford escort (they go hand in hand) on a suspended license so I commend you all for having a nice truck at such a young age.

Wow I am having a hard time grasping that most of you guys are between 18-21yrs old ..
Im 25 and I thought I was a youngen on the forums..
Now im feelin old and I only got like 5 years on most of you..
I guess its never to early to start liking trucks

Turning 20 wasn't nearly as bad as turning 18 was... At 20 I could pass as being 25 and was never carded when going out with some friends for a drink every now and then, but at 18 ALL of the juniors and most of the seniors at my highschool were "off limits", which really sucked cause my girlfriend at that time was a senior that had just barely turned 17. Let me tell ya, when you are getting a few things going in the back of a truck with your girlfriend and you get a tap on the window from a cop's flashlight and he checks you ID's it becomes a big problem when he see's you are 18 and she's 17.

Hell 21 wasn't even that special, I actually drank less after I turned 21 than I did before. It wasn't really "bad" or "taboo" anymore so it lost all of its fun. Then you get out of school, you get a career or good paying full time mon-fri job and you just settle down even more. You'll see...
