Parking bulb out

Do you guys know what would cause my driver side parking bulb to not light up when my lights are on but it will flash when I put my blinker on?

I believe there's 2 filaments inside the bulb....one for parking lights and one for the blinker. If one's burned out and the other isn't, then there's your problem.
