Smile Just bought my first Dodge Ram!

Hey all, just wanted to do a quick intro. So I got my first ever pickup on Wednesday nite - a pearl blue 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 3.7L V6 5-speed 2wd, regular cab with the short bed. Approximately 95K on the clock, and has been a Texas truck all its life. It has a duraliner bed liner, which seems nice. My usual daily driver is a heavily modified 2007 Infiniti G35S sport 6-speed RWD, ivory pearl on graphite, but it got "lightly" flooded a month ago, and is awaiting a seat from Japan that may not come for a couple more months. The wife drives a 2003 ivory pearl Infiniti FX35 RWD. My insurance stopped paying for my rental after 30 days, so I went out and bought a Ram. I've always kind of wanted a Ram, though I've never really had a need for one. But I am enjoying it so much, I think I'll keep it even after I get the infiniti back!

My Ram is very basic - crank windows, no power locks, no foglights, etc. But - it has A/C and a radio, and that's good enough for me. All that really mattered to me was that it was 1) not too $$$, and 2) a manual. Here are a few pics of my new (to me at least) baby...

Very nice truck. I really like that color. I am new to the Ram as well. Just got my first one a few months ago. I am sure you will love it especially with the manual transmission.

superbike, yup, the g35s is essentially a 4 door 350z. it has the 306hp vq35hr nissan engine, mated to a 6mt, but only in the rwd config (only way to have a proper car really). it's not too shabby, runs a 5.2sec 0-60, handles well with the sport package. i'm definitely happy with it. but its waaaaaaaay different than the ram that's for sure.

speaking of, so i have done a few things here to it in the week that i've owned it. i've got a new audio setup in it, kicker 550.3 amp, pushing 85x2 to the front 6x9's i had put in, and i believe 420 to the 10" sub in the back, in a custom to fit ram probox. it sounds legit, better than i was hoping. also threw a flowmaster series 50 delta on there with a 3" turndown pipe. lovin the exhaust sound now.

so, what next... considering a 3" or 4" lift kit with a 35" wheel/tire combo. i'm really lovin the way this guy's truck is lookin': https://dodgeforum.com/forum/3rd-gen...uick-bath.html

so we'll see, might do something like that. other than that, i'm not too sure what else i'd like to do to her. time will tell. anyway, that's the update for now...

here's the box by the way: http://www.proboxrocks.com/products/...00/index.shtml
