Default throttle problem

Hey everyone i have a 2003 dodge 1500 5.7l hemi. The breather tube that goes from where you fill up the oil to the intake is leaking oil into my throttle body. I disconnected the line and have the breather seperate with a filter but it squirts oil in the engine compartment now. On top of that my throttle body is messed up now and have to get a new one. Any ideas why oil would come out of there. i thought maybe to much or maybe old oil so changed the oil and filter and still does it. Its not pouring out you cant watch it but theres oil in the compartment so its coming out sometime while running?

how bout an inline catch can? It's stupid to need one on an N/A truck, but you can even throw an air compressor oil filter on the line (like $15 at Lowes) and be done w/ it. http://www.mirage-performance.com/so...Can/index.html <like this guy did

yeah, mine does this too. i put a little filter on the hose when i made my CAI, and now i see oil around the coil packs and on the valve cover...
Did you try to clean your throttle body? what do you mean by "messed up"? the oil could have wrecked the IAT sensor...

i tried cleaning the throttle but my idle jumps and if you just try to feather the pedal it takes off. I have a new throttle coming tomorrow so that should be fixed i just wasnt sure how to get the oil to stop coming out.

Have you sorted out the old problem of what caused your orignal TB to "oil up"?
Otherwise, your new TB will be like that in days.
