Why does my truck not look leveled?

Default Why does my truck not look leveled?
I just installed a 2.5 inch coil spring spacer on my 2wd 2007 Ram 1500. I got an alignment right after but my truck still does not look leveled. Will new shock make a difference? Can anyone help me with any advice?

What about it looks like it is not level? Is the nose high now or the back still high? Did you measure the front and rear to see how much of a difference there is?
