Angry Ignition stays on with key out

My truck stays running even after I turn the ignition to off and remove the key, then a couple minutes later it turns off. It doesn't do it everytime, but it more often then not. I've unplugged the battery, check the fuses in the fuse box up front. I've asked everyone I know, including calling the local dodge dealership, no one knows what the heck is going on...and I don't have autostart.
