Default Tire Rotations

Just curious as to how you all rotate your tires? Do you "X" the back two to the front and slide the fronts to the back (like the manual says) or do you just "X" all four tires?

i doesn't really matter. typically on a RWD vehicle you X the fronts and move the rears to the front. FWD you X rears and move the fronts to rears. AWD you X them all. But as long as you do either of these your fine, it doesn't really matter.

True unless you have directional tires, meaning they can only be a passenger or a driver's side tire. Then you just go back and forth.

Drive wheels straight to the other end, cross the others and put 'em on the drive end. Repeat every 6K.
