Got my first ticket today
Yeah, he was probably pissed bc he couldn't order his tacos for dinner that night.
I had a radar detector too, still do actually, but it's never on anymore. When I was in college I got 19 tickets in 7 states within 18mo. Lost my license for almost a year after that. That's when I learned about the ACD. Haven't paid for a ticket since.
I actually got pulled not too long ago for speeding but the cop never got me on radar but the cop just told me that the last thing I need is a ticket, so he let me go. Talk about luck...not to mention what was under the back seats.
Still not of age for a few years, but wth
thank god i have a little badge in my wallet that says you get out of jail free i prob get pulled over atleat once every 2 months mostly on my bike got pulled over once for doing a wheelie recless opperation and speeding and it was lutenant who got me... he wasn't to happy lol
True Story.
On the 'cruise strip', 16, been driving for a couple months. I'm coming up on the stoplight at the main intersection, turns yellow, I roll on through it, didn't have to speed up or anything.
A couple hundred feet past the light, I see a cop FLYING up and by me, with his headlights off (running lights on). He gets caught up in the traffic. Me being the new, naive driver, I thought I would brown-nose a little, and pulled up beside the cruiser, and yelled at'em that his lights were off. He looked at the car, then at me, said "'preciate it, by the way, pull on over". The bastard said my rear wheels were on the white line when the light turned red, and he had went passed me, looking for me!!! So, that was my first ticket, running a red light. Boy oh boy, that was the first of many!
Don't feel bad OP, **** happens. Thats what you have that cruise for. I always set mine at no more than 6 over. Of course, I sneak passed that mark every now-n-then
