Default Coolant problem

I have a 2006 Ram 1500 with the 5.7. In the past few months my truck has been going through coolant rather quickly, I go from the full line on my reservoir to the add line in a matter of 3 weeks. I don’t have any puddles under my truck and I don’t smell anything sweet coming out of the exhaust. Does anyone else have this problem or is this just something the HEMIs do? Thanks for all the help.

You shouldn't have to keep adding coolant. I would pressurize the cooling system and start looking for leaks. If you don't see any external leaks, it may be leaking internally, past a head gasket, etc.

It's probably blowing into the combustion chamber. Sounds like a pretty small leak, it probably wouldn't be enough to smell in the exhaust. Do a pressure test on your radiator.
