the stopleak probably plugged the radiator... stopleak is a good quick fix, but not good for the long run. i have a used radiator off my 03 that has 25k mi on it if you're interested. I replaced mine thinking that was the problem. turns out it wasnt, and the radiator is perfect.

I did exactly the same thing with my 03.
I had the common and infamous split plastic header tanks, on the sides of the rad.
It was weeping ever so slightly and was using about 2 pts of coolant, over two weeks.
It took ages to isolate where the leak was. A total pig!
Anyhow, I put the "stop leak" in and then the thing would cycle, from normal temp to 3/4then back to normal, over a 3-5 min period.
Anyway, I replaced the stock thermostat and replaced the rad which was now plugged with all that stop leak gunk and flushed the cooling system.
Problem solved for me.
I'll never use that stop leak crap again.
As someone said to me at the time, "fix it once and fix it right first time".
Al.

Why don't you do the flush yourself it's not that hard and that way you can save some money for yourself just in case you have to get another radiator.

The only thing Jiffy Lube will do is finish ruining your truck.
