First get a cold air, FIPK from K&N is nice but expensive and get the exhaust done. Magnaflows sound sweet but DON'T get them straight out the back if you off road much. You will lose departure angle, instead get them turned down and out behind the rear wheels. I will post some pics of mine tomorrow to show you what I mean. Get some Vent Visors, they rock and I agree with the bull bar idea but I would go with an aftermarket tubular style nerf bar to match the bull bar.
