You could probably run them with a spacer or if you get a rim with enough backspacing. It brings the tire out more if that makes sense.
Are you wanting to put 35's on Matt?

the rubbing EJM was talking about was on the upper control arm, not the fenders. Matt I dont think 35's will work on 06-08 without some kind of lift, level is not enough. And there have been people on here (kicker) who say they can run 12.50's on factory rims with no rub??? I have not tried it without the spacers. I run the spacers because I like the side profile with a wider stance! Just me!!

The 33's will have no issues with fender rub on any year (02-08) level or not!

Well the stock tires are 33.5" right? I still have plenty of room at full lock. over 2". Width wise, I dont think I could handle anything wider right now, i have about .5" clearance at full lock. so to fit 12.5 if mine is 9, i would need 1.5" spacers I guess?

ask rubberfrog, he knows more about the 06-08 than I do, just remember reading that the 35's would NOT work without a lift

Yes it was the rubbing on the control arm. No rubbing on the fenders but it was too wide without the spacers.
