I found the harness where the light plugs in and I figured I would save some money and just cut the wires and was going to hook up my own light I tested it before I cut it and got 12v when I turn the other lights on after I cut it I only get 0.9v I tried playing with the dimmer no matter what I do it stays stays at 0.9
