2006 1500 Hemi in the Snow
Hey guys. Two reasons why I am writing you today.
1) It's been a while since I've been on here. Part of this reason is because I'm deployed to Afghanistan right now.
2) My wife is driving my 2WD Hemi to Canada right now and I am hoping some people can share their experiences with driving a 2WD Hemi in the snow. It has the stock 3.92 LSD and Goodyear Wrangler SR-A's (They were brand new and free when I bought the truck 15,000 miles ago)
Glad to be back on here.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but I have some experience with an 04 2WD QC and my first reccomendation is SNOW TIRES all the way around. I ran 4 studded Cooper MSRs for steering/braking traction as well as being able to rotate them. It really went fairly well with 300 pounds of sand at the tailgate. Main thing is to take your time and don't try to hurry when the roads are bad but then I learned to drive in the snow in the Lake Erie snow belt east of Cleveland. Good Luck and a sincere Thank You.
