dam condensor fans! mine went too... i have a motor waiting to go in...
as for your links, the second one is cheaper..

i've ordered from rockauto before. good choice, and its cheaper. go for it

I removed my fan assy and didn't have to drain down the AC system.
I opened up the dc fan motor and lapped in and replaced, the brushes inside.
AC condenser fan has now been working like a charm for 2 years now and only cost me time.
