Default My New Grill and Help Install

So After going to the dealer for a primed black grill for an 07 and they saying 200 for it, I went to this certifit auto place and got a new one primed black for only 50 cash. Way cheaper. Here are the pics but I have no idea on how to install it and get the old chrome one off. I know there is the support braket and stuff but I'm dumb lol. PLease any help or videos and step by step. Going to look good when on. Hopefully if i can try and get it on this weeken. I dont think i need to paint it black since it looks black primed now. What do you think.

Right up against the chrome one. looks nice
