Default no power?

I have an 07 1500 4x4 with 33000 miles. It just lost all power in drive. reverse still works fine, tires spin. But forward, pedal down, rpms wind up a bit and truck kinda crawls but then gets up to speed. Just has no torque. Auto clutch/torque converter? Please help

Drove the truck Sunday am and it ran fine. I was parked on an incline before it acted up on Saturday so it must have been related. Its been driving fine all week.

If it slowly gains in drive until it is engaged, it could be a stuck valve. Just a thought.
