Need your opinion on tires
I'm looking to get new tires very soon, I was thinking 30's or the biggest size I can get without having to lift my truck. If you've got any info on some good tires please let me know through here or PM. Thanks

What kinda truck do you have?
Year?
Model?
Single Cab/Quad Cab?
The standard 3 gen dodge truck can run 33's with no problem. You can somewhat squeeze 35s with a level up front. Lotta guys here run toyos, nittos, and BFGs. I'm running 285/70/17 Firestone Destination M/ts currently. I love em, the best tire for the money out there. check out tirerack.com ...find what tires you like and then read the consumer reviews on them.

Thier never is the write tire, you have to factor in where your going to spend the majority of your time driving, off road or all terrain tires are not practical if your spending all your time on the highway.
I really like nitto tires, the terra grappler is a good tire for meduim off road and high way use, for a basic streat tire that is off road ready, I really like the dura grapler.
with out a doubt, oem tires suck, thier cheap and do not offer a great ride or life span.
For some one going from point A to B, oem tires fit the bill, but no one ever gos from point A to B, thiers allways, mud, a off road trail, or a heavy load to tow.

Purrty much what Joe said. 33's is it for a stock 3rd Gen. If you're running stocker rims, I believe some folks are running as wide as 305's, but 295/70/17 is about the max for that stock height.
Nittos are popular, as well as Coopers and Toyos. Again, like joe said, tire rack.com is probably your best bet. Never dealt with personally (yet), but I plan to real soon

I run 35s and mine are 35x13.5 instead of the usual (more common around here lol) 12.5 and they clear with just the level. Barely, but they make it. Just gotta make sure you have a good offset/backspacing to make it work.
