Default Need Help Diagnosing problem...

Truck:I have a 2004 4.7L 2wd.

Modifications: JBA headers, 70mm tb, 2009 Intake, Airaid MIT, powerwire, Superchips 91 octane tune.

Description: My problem is that when the truck reaches operating temperature and I go to park, the idle will shoot to 1100. Also it only increases when in nuetral or park. If it is at 1100 rpm, i can step on the gas to raise rpm and it will lower to 5-600 but go right back upto 1100. When in drive it now stays 300 rpm higher then normal. Now its at 800 instead of 500

Misc:I was having this issue before putting the 70mm TB and 09 intake on. I have had the IACV replaced at the dealer and the truck recalibarated according to specs. They are at a lost for words on whats wrong. When hooked up to their machine the IACV was slow to react so thats why we replaced it. Nothing else seems to show any problems when hooked up to the computer... They keep telling me paying 89.99 for them to spray mopar combustion chamber cleaner will help my engine blah blah blah. I can honestly say I dont think that it will fix my problem but I should do it myself as I am almost at 80k. I will take any advice or ideas. I want to keep my truck and dont want to get rid of it because of something so stupid...

I'm having the same issue.......2003 5.9L, already replaced the the IACV and had the dealer do a smoke test, no vacuum leak. Anyone have any ideas? The dealer just wants to keep throwing money at the problem until it's fixed, something I'm not really willing to do.

Update: Just sprayed out the throttle body and IACV hole with TB cleaner, disconnected the battery cables, put it all back together, and it runs perfectly! I suspect I'm just an idiot and didnt think to try resetting by pulling the cables.
