Question question about headlight adjustment...

so when i lowered my truck i had to adjust the headlights a bit. well i adjusted the driver side a little too low, but stripped out the adjuster screw in the process. (its cheap pot metal) ANYWAYS, so i figured id just use pliers and turn the rod, but that snapped too! so any suggestions on how to adjust the bulb up a bit? and dont say adjust the right side down! lol.

i ordered a set of hids and im gonna flip out if the beams arnt even... ive got uncontrollable truck OCD. (im sure this applies to all of us)

Lower one side of the truck until it sits level? jk, Idk man...the whole rod snapped? Can you even replace that if you were to get one from a junker?

I guess yuo would be looking for a new headlight on either Ebay or Craigslist. You can also look around to see if anyone has any parts to replace yours with. Thats all i can think of.

As far as the HID's tuned93, I def see what everone else is saying about the "scatter". I still can't quite get mine aimed right. One beam is always slightly above/below the other.

As far as the headlight itself, probably time for a visit to the junkyard.....

well i figured i was gonna buy a new set when i get back from my deployment anyways, buying a set now so i can drive it around for a month and a half seems redundant. i guess ill just deal with it just until i leave... i was just wondering if there was any way to adjust it other than the ways i tried. thanks anyways
