Best thing to do is mount a wheel/tire on the front and go to full turn and see how much room is left over. i personally think a 305 would look much more bad *** due to the width, but I think you will have less issue's with the thinner 275 tires. Remember those wheels are wider than stock Ram 20's and have a different offset.

Here's a pick of mine with the 305/45s......
I know I need to lose the polished steps and match the bumpers.......My bikes take all my money and time.....

Yeah a littel, but too bad. the tire will be even with the edge of the wheel so it will be very easy to curb rash Thus why you already have some curb rash.
Skinny tires on wider wheels tell me.....Cheap owner. i think that guy bought them like that and didn;t want to put the money into newer tires because of the rash and stuff, besides 305 is much more $$$$ than 275's.
As long as the tires don't V from the wheel to the tread then you are good. I cannot stand when I see these sports cars(for the most part) they have these aftermarket wheels and the tiniest tires on the wheels because they couldn't afford the whels that should have been installed or they were too cheap to get the correct one's. They are not correct and they are not safe and they look terrible.....sorry for the minor rant....lol

I don't know that the price is that much different. The prices for my 305/45/22s were comparable to the factory 20" tires that I was going to replace. I just went with these wheels/tires because I was ready for a change and got the wheels for just over $800 more.
I've not checked the prices. Mebbe a 275/xx/22 is expensive........the sidewall protection for the curb rash is more than enough excuse for me. I curb mine occasionally and am glad that I have the sidewall to protect.......

Yeah last night i went on tire rack and was doing some price comparison on the 275/45 and the 305/45. The 305/45 not only has a better selection of tires but are actually cheaper then the 275's. I'm definetly gunna go with the 305's. Ran into another snag too... I can't find Avon Tech ST's ANYWHERE! I got on there site and click on suppliers and the only site they give is tire rack and they don't even sell the Tech ST anymore so looks like i'm gunna be replacing all 4 and keeping the 305's i got with the rims as spairs. I feel i'm going to like the 305 ride quality better too. 275's just seem to small and i don't think they are going to give me enough cusion for bumps and what not. Also, to be safe, i'm gunna throw some 1/4" wheel spacers on there. There are to many conflicting stories of some people having control arm rubbing issues and some not so it won't hurt to throw some spacers on there. They are cheap anyways and after i drop the rear end and see those 305's fill the wells better, the spacers will give her a meaner and wider stance which is ultimatly what i'm trying to achieve. Thanks for all the replies guys, i appreciate it!
