I know snow ain't too big a deal to most of ya'll, but we don't get too terribly much around these parts, at least not likd what they're calling for.

It just started an hour ago, and my particular city is expecting 10-18 inches, whereas 5 inches is a lot usually. Surrounding counties are expecting up to 24inches.

Hopefully I can add a pic or two to that snow-pic thread tomorrow!

Oh yeah Joe, you must speak from experience, haha. These folks are crazy around here. The grocery store I can understand being packed. What gets me, is why in the hell is every single gas pumped being used by every fwd/2wd car in town? Knowing damn good-n-well they aint driving ANYwhere in this mess.

I just got home, its getting a bit squirrely out there. I took the wifes 'rango, cause she has brand new Destinations, and its awd, and its already been wrecked before, lol. Id say the roads are about 6/10 so far....... Looks like Im homebound till the AM... (can't take any good pics in the dark )

Hope those coopers treat ya well..... I have 3 yokohamas and a cooper discovery, stock size, and half-*** tread to boot, so the ram's probably staying put for a bit......

LOL, yeah not sure how long you've been in lynchburg but do you remember when there was like 8-9 inches of snow last February or around that time? The gas stations were out of gas for like a week afterwards and the price shot up to over $5.00 a gallon. I was pissed cause I spent all that time off work driving around having a blast and then didn't have anywhere to get gas! Crazy loonies down there.

Yep, thats the 'burg. Ive been here 25 years my friend, born and raised...... I remember that snow, cause I just put my running boards on not long before. They like to hold on to that snow......

IIRC, you were in Rustburg when you lived here won't ya Joe? (still might as well say L'burg, just thought thats what I remembered)
