Newer warranties are NOT like the old one's. I'm pretty sure the 7yr/70kmi was a powertrain warranty a few years back and that warranty still had the same 3yr/36kmi bumper-bumper. That part didn't change at all, but the Lifetime replaced the 7yr/70kmi and they made it non-transferrable where as the 7yr/70kmi was I believe...??

They are not pulling one over. 3yr/36kmi is all u get on a 2nd owner vehicle.

*Plus, our 3-year/36,000-mile Basic Limited Warranty[3] provides bumper-to-bumper coverage of your vehicle, from the body to the electrical system.

How bout this to boot.......Doesn't look like the 2010 model years are going to have the Lifetime warranty.

No deductible. Not valid on 2010 models. See dealer for a copy of limited warranty details. Non-Transferable. Not available on SRT®, Hybrid System components (including transmission), and certain fleet vehicles.

60 month loan. $2500 financed is $50 extra each month for your security in knowing you aren't going to fork it all out in one shot if something ever were to go wrong.

The factory lifetime powertrain warranty is not transferable and only applies to the original owner. The 3yr/36K bumper to bumper is good and is transferable. I think 2006 was the last of the 7yr/70K powertrain warranty.
Yes, even the front axle boots are covered in the original lifetime powertrain warranty.
I bought the bumper to bumper extended warranty on mine it is for 8yr/85K I think.
All 2010 now have a 5yr/100K fully transferable powertrain warranty. No power lifetime powertrain after the 09 models.
