i dont know if you meant bedrail caps, or the actual rails. but, with this style of tonneau, you could also run the rails with it.

not only do they allow bedrails, but its hands down the best soft tonneau on the market

OK does JC Whitney have the Cover you have?(give a link please) I have the same rail covers you do now. With the tonneau cover you have you can also put the chrome bedrails on also those are what im looking at?

if you want to use the chrome bedrails, you will have to take off the caps unless they have the stake pocket holes, and the rails mount in those holes. i got my tonneau from 4wheelparts.

most all of the soft tonneau conver are an under the rail mount system like mine is. that design leaves the stake pockets open. and assuming that is where you would mount rails, then you could get them.

Extang has a pretty good soft roll up that works with bedrails (its what I have). In fact, they just came out with an improved design (Extang Revolution).
