Default Advice on pads and rotors

I have a 2003 1500 Ram and I'm going to replace the brakes. What are the best pads and rotors for dodge trucks. I'm thinking of going ceramic.
I live in a town with many hills....lots of braking.

I agree with ceramics and use them myself. I have the Cmax ceramics from Autozone and love them. They are good to me at 60 a pair and lifetime warranty. However, the rotors I use are still OEM for now.

2003....should have come with Ceramic pads from the factory, anything less (semi-metallic) will be a downgrade.

Unless Chrysler is cheaper than i realized? Chit...GM started ceramic pads on all trucks back in like 98 or something...Ford too.

Dog, I remember you saying some time back about ceramics coming on some of the trucks. Mine as you know is an 04 and IDK what really came on them but only know what I later put on as said above. But although they never squeeled, they would dust up bad and I mean mad. Thats why i always thought they OEMs were semi metallics

Also not lifetime. That may not mean a lot to some but on a wearable part that will be replaced a few times throughout the life of the truck, that means a lot to me.
