Default Rear lift blocks?

Was looking at lift blocks for the rear of my truck and was wondering if there are differences for years or 2wd vs 4wd? or will any block for the ram fit?

Well do you have a 2wd or a 4wd? And what year is yours. Add all your info in on your profile so it will help us. I know all 2wd are the same but IDK about 4wd being I dont have one.

2500's like mine have 3-5/8 or 4-1/8
3500's the same . the only difference in size between them is the HD model like mine it will have the 4-1/8.

a 1500 from 03 -09 have the same... no choice in axl size

you have to get longer u-bolts when adding spacers you cant re-use the stock ones because they are to short .

When you order just make sure you get the U Bolts ordered also they will send the correct size. Do not just buy at an auto parts place they are cheep buy Rancho or Superlift made much better but do cost more.

I bought my 1" block set from Autozone and although the U bolts needed to be opened up a little, they worked just fine.
