Default Had an accident need some help

I was driving a back road two nights ago and had a deer jump in front of me so I swerved to try to save the truck and fishtailed the spun out into the easment and ended up sliding my driver side door into a barb wire fence post. Most of the damage is at the bottom of the door and it seemes like the exterior skin is the only thing messed up because the window and door still works correctly. all help is greatly appreciated!!

well the door Im gonna get rpaired because the damage isnt that dad but on the bumper i need to order the two plastic pieces that are under the bumper cover then I i need to repair the cover. my question is what aftermarket ones are out there how much do they cost and when you install them what all has to be done, because if I can get an aftermarket one that replaces thoses pieces as well I will proably just do that. I have the SLT sport bumper not the chrome one

I might have the plastic pieces up hear in SpringHill. They are from a chrome one and may not be the same. It will have to wait till after the new year.

Aftermarket body panels do not fit the same as OEM but are much cheaper.

I would NOT contact insurance as you will have to fork out your deductible out of pocket anyways and your rates will go up. Whenever this stuff happens..For insurance pruposes....next time, Hit that deer.
Very long to explain, but your better off. Unless you got blood on your truck form hitting a deer, the insurance company doesn't know if you fell asleep, were drunk or just making up stories kind of thing for 'wild' driving

I say pull off your sport bumper and buy a SS bumper cover.

Not to mention what else can get smacked up by spinning out...ALWAYS take the deer!
