But throw a cummins in there than the thing is a beast.
Let's see you fit my PA system in a QC! As far as power, I have pulled the biggest trailer I'll need to (~4000lbs) through some pretty nuts mountain passes. No issues. I get closer to 15mpg when warm average for the tank. I just don't drive enough to justify the diesel I want.

I wouldn't call it a rock crawling machine either! And the stock 265/70/17's look almost as funny as the 28's. One is too big, the other is too small.

What exactly would he need to do to upgragde them? There arent any real upgrades unless you are getting SRT10 brakes but with those you have to swap the whole rear end for the back or the spindles and all in the front. Thats not usually cost effective and most of the time cant only be used on a standard height truck. You dont use OEM spindles for a lift unless youre doing just a body lift.

Weed, I love you bro, but that megacab is ugly. It's not just the rims, it'sthe way too small tires sitting on the rims.

I agree man. i dont like skinnys either. Thats why i have the tires I do on mine. Now granted not many guys do 24s and big tires. But I wanted bigger rims and need big tires because I still do use my truck to tow and haul. I ride hard and rough and skinny tires would only get my messed up rims. I love the mega and I love the lift, I love the rims but I agree bigger tires are needed. But I dont think they make big tires for anything over a 24.

Not entirely true. A close friend of mine has 26's and 35's. It just looks like a small tire on his truck because of the proportions.

I'll post a pic of his truck next time I see him.
