I replaced the keys in mine and I have not noticed any difference in the ride my truck still rides better than the gf Grand Caravan does. I have not replaced front shocks yet becasue have not had any issuse with them yet. When I put on the little bigger tires I noticed a different feel to the sterring but not bad just different But still rides great.

Cranking up the torsion bars puts more pre load on the suspension. That means a stiffer ride to achieve the desired height.

Installing spacers...well look here. The reason you have to compress the springs to fit the spacers is because the upper balljoints are being maxed out!
Both are not the correct way, but a cheap effective way to level the front of your truck at the expense of comfort and reliability.
When and if I level my truck it will be with the Rancho Quicklifts and then I will add Hotchkis both front/rear swaybars to keep handling in check as lifting the front raises center of gravity and will change the handling aspects. Not by much but it will change.
I'd say if you like the ride then leave it alone. Otherwise, it will costs a pretty penny to do it the proper way where the dealer won't try to blame crap on you.
