Well the Magnums SHOULD have less problems, they've been in development (tracing lineage back through the LA & A series) since the late 1950's!

Not the same family of engines, the 5.7/6.1 is as far removed from the 426 as the 426 is from the 331-354-392 (those are just the Chrysler ones). The late 50's poly A series became the LA series 273-post '67 318-340-360 became the magnum series with a cylinder head redesign, roller cam and EFI.

I have done a Homebrew CAI, Hella's, and I just got some new Cooper Discoverer's a few months back. The mod list is endless it just takes money.
I had no idea! That makes it rough for those $8 plugs

I have an 03 ram with the 5.9. Engine is solid, although I had to do a complete tranny rebuild at 101,000 about 3 weeks ago.

Only mods I have done so far is a cat back flowmaster super44 dual exhaust. Im laid off and gotta wait till I get back to work before I can even THINK about modding again. (Thanks Obama.)

Oh, and I leveled it too.

SKMNRAM - what are you running for tires, and what u got for a lift? That looks sick!

Thank You!! They are 35x12.50 r20 Nitto Mud Grapplers. All I have done so far is level my truck. I will be putting a 3" body lift on it in Jan.

Thanks again for the compliment!
