Heater / Defroster diverter Broken

Hi all, I'm brand new here and hope you can help me out . I have a 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 Quadcab with the 5.7 HEMI. I heard something fall inside the heater and now the blower motor vibrates pretty bad . Am I looking at a can of worms to fix ?
