I have had this issue w a 2006 1500 5.7 2 wheel abs. Replaced front drivers side wheel bearing and cruise only worked Between 65-70. Ohmed out the abs speed sesor and found 1k ohm. Ohm spec for this abs setup is supposed to be .5 milli ohm. Installed old sensor issue resolved
