Default Headlight, FCM issue? Help!

A really long time ago i got HIDs, headlights and foglights.

I set up the foglights and got them to work.

I only had one relay so i hooked up the headlights straight up to the headlight plugs. They didnt work, just when the truck was off, and when i started it they would turn off.

So i left them in for some time and never used them becuase my fogs were so bright. But when i took them out to put the halogens back in i had no low beam anymore!?

I even tested the wire and there was no power passing through low, only the high beam.
The only thing i can think of is the FCM
Would i have to replace it, or can i have it reflashed maybe??

I had a similar problem. Luckily I have the superchip and I tune it back to stock and it came back on for me. Btw I have an 06.
