I have an 04 Ram Hemi and about to purchase a Hypertech. My question is for those who have tried it..is there a noticeable difference especially in take off and or passing?

It improves performance as a whole but is most noticeable over 4000 rpm. If your crusing at highway speed and you punch it, when it down shifts it really takes off. As for accelerating from a dead stop, it seems a bit better but really starts to pull as the rpm's climb. I'm pretty happy with mine for the most part. It's just another piece in the "go fast" puzzle.

 

I have the Superchip that is similar to the Hypertech and ive been very pleased. I'm quite impressed with the power, higher redline, and firmer shifts.
