Yep, is up to you to check everything before you pull away. When I fished bass tourney's for years, I would hook-up, double check everything and then pull over a mile or two down the road to get out and check everything again as a regular routine...

Oh well sh*t happens!! We learn from our mistakes and move on. The thing about it is, it won't ever happen to your truck again will it???

Man you know what, I agree with one of the first posters... NOTHING GOOD EVERY COMES FROM 'I HELPED A BUDDY MOVED'... I love it.

Just like a few other guys on here, I have the same dent in my bumper. I had the truck for two days, and I was backing into a camping spot at an RV park. I had the wife backing me up so I could squeeze into our spot. Next thing you know, that danged light post pedistole jumped out and bit me. The wife was still telling me back up after I had already put it in park and was getting out. Man I was pissed!!!!

Lol, youve heard it already a few time on here, 'its your duty' to check. Its all good though. Now you know. You wont even notice the dent after another year or so. You will stop looking at it when you walk out of the grocery store.

Sorry about that man.. again, I had a similiar thing happen in the same spot except a damn fire hydrant instantly grew out of the grown! LOL. Well, I tried like hell to bang it out but I didn't succeed.. so, $399 later I ended up buying a new bumper. GL!
