Default Squealing Noise

If I get on my truck from a dead stop, I hear a loud squealing noise. If I don't get off the gas quick enough there is also some smoke. How do I fix this?

That's a tough one. I think the first thing you should try is trading trucks with me. That'll probably resolve the issue for you. In case that's not an option you want to pursue (which I think it would be a huge mistake for you not to do it) you may want to consider selling the truck and getting a Toyota Prius.

have your wife install a gas pedal block like they do for kids on snowmobiles, atv's, go-karts...etc.

I have the same exact problem. Do you notice a sharp decline in fuel economy when this happens as well?
