just put on rancho lift and now have a grinding noise from front end when on interstate when the truck hits dips in road

Little more specific. What kind of rancho lift? Block? Suspension...??? part number?
I see you have a Megacab. How many miles?

has 38000 miles and has rancho 4 inch lift with new front springs and upper and lower arms new drop down pitman arm

I installed a Rancho 4" kit on mine and on a buddies Cheby Z71, but both are IFS trucks so it's apples to oranges.
I do have a guy in my hunting club with a 2500 Power Wagon with a Rancho 4" kit, I'm assuming is the same as yours since you both have SFA. I don't know the guy real well, but have never heard him say he's got any issues with his.
Double check your install and don't just look at the lift components, could be ball joints or about anything else...
