Jason, I couldn't agree with you more. I as well really like the look of a simple 5 spoke wheel that looks clean. I actually really love my stock 20" wheels, but I think the black rims with the chrome lip would bring my truck to that extra level and get more eyes with the all black look. I've always loved black, right down to my basketball shoes when I used to play lol. All my teammates would wear their preppy white shoes but I loved that black sock/black shoe combo (I know it's a weird referance hah). I will definitely keep looking around, and I plan to stop by over at my local Town Fair Tire and see what they have for some options and prices as well. I think it'd be kinda cool to run the black rim March-November, and the stock 20s December-February

I'm also looking at black rims for my '08 graphite QC 4x4. I totally agree with keeping some chrome on the wheel. I really like the look of an all black wheel on a truck close up but across the parking lot, you can't tell them from black steel. You need that machined lip to make the wheel look good from every angle/distance. I also think a 5-spoke is hard to beat but as long as you go 8-10 spokes as opposed to 6 you'll be alright. You might check out Helo Wheels, Mamba wheels, XD wheels, Ion wheels, Gear Alloy, etc. they all have some wheels with black and machined combinations.
