i had one on our durango, it worked really well. the only problem is sometimes it would pick up interference while driving and show things... ie if driving by a place that had wireless security cameras the image from the camera would appear on the screen. i hope that's not too confusing and i explained it well enough. i got it from autozone.

got mine from walmart. does ok of a job. static gets annoying but you can see fine. cut a slot into my tail gates 'spoiler' that makes the camera blend in nicely. the license plate mounted concept is to low for me when I've got the seadoo hooked on.

I had a wireless one and I hated it!

Not because of the image quality, or range, or interference.

I hated it because of the narrow camera angle! All of these cheap wireless units come with garbage narrow angle cameras.

Here is my son standing 4 feet behind my truck, and NOT visible to the camera!

yea that one that you got and I eventually bought works great. Its easy to install and has a pretty good picture for 30 bucks. I think you can actually see better at night than in the day.

backing up to a trailer or in the garage/parking spot is awesome with the camera. you can get within an inch of the wall and hit the ball perfectly. its also pretty good for backing up stuff at night, because you can see better than through the dark rear window
