well, after searching, is there a link to the DIY? i have a set of PIAA 520 fog lamps just sitting in the garage. they have the yellow bulbs in them. would they work or do they have to be slim like the hella?

dirtydog's DIY is at: https://dodgeforum.com/forum/1494849-post18.html

If the PIAA 520 lights you are talking about are these: http://www.autoanything.com/lights/69A2150A0A0.aspx they look like they are about the same thickness as the Hellas. They'll probably work. What I did to get an idea of where I wanted mine mounted at was to temporarily fasten them down with zip ties. If nothing else you could do that with your lights and see if they would fit okay.

Nice mod. Never thought about doing it, but might consider it once I get back.
