Yea, weeds idea might work...and they are ceramic, they wouldnt weld.
but you might would be able to SLOWLY drill through the two and maybe bolt them together, as long as it doesnt have a chance to slip I think you'd be alright
Well I can tell you along with my 3" RC spindles and my 3" CST springs, ive got my coil pad/isolator (normally on top) on the bottom of my coil and a 1" spacer on the top of my spring. Thats how I get my 7" lift. I havent had any issues but obviously cant go any higher of a susp lift
thats what i was going to do weed.. me and my buddy got to talking about it and thought of that.. so thank you im going to have to get new shocks for sure.. is there anything else that i should do or is replacing the shocks it?
Do you have a lift in the front or is it just gonna be 3.5"' inches taller in the back? That would look a little weird to be honest if you didn't have a lift on the front. That would be a helluva rake on there.
I've never stacked blocks on any of my other trucks, because they aren't really that expensive but i'd be interested to see if it works. Throw some pics in here.
im talking about stacking spacers for the front i would never stack blocks for the back i actually never used blocks for the back i get bigger leaf springs
Blocks are not bad to stack if done right, i have my 99 with 3 inch blocks stacked on 4 inch blocks. Ive had the suspension maxed out in every way to where its ready to tip over but they have never moved so i dont see a problem.
yea thats what i am planning on doing is the 2in on top and the 1.5 on the bottom im just going to have get a front end alignment cause my cast is gonna be out and replace the shocks and everything should be good.
