Default high charging voltage

Hello,

My ram charges anywhere from 13.9 - 14.5 volts when it is above 40 degrees out but when it's below 10-35 degrees, it charges from 14.5 - 15.1 volts. Is this normal or is it an alternator problem?

Thanks,
jk111
