Default Where To Mount RaceLand Cut Out?

So I have heard different things on where to mount cut out. I was going to have it welded before the cat to get the most sound and loudness but some people and my friends saying i'll thow codes on the dash cause of the 02 senor. But if i weld if after the cat, the sound wont be so loud.
And if i were to weld it before the cat wouldnt it just thow a code when i open the cut out and then be fine was i close it. I dont know, I cant find any infor online. Thanks.

Everyone has been saying after the cat and first o2 sensor, but before the muffler. I think that is how I will be putting mine in.

After the cat. Cause if you put it before the cat then its like have open headers I think. It will be plenty loud after the cat.

If I were to put it after the cat, it will sound almost the same as my exhaust now wouldnt it. I have a glasspack just straight though. Thats it. I would think before the cat is better. Well At least on my 04 jeep Grand cherokee I had a cut out welded before the cat and it was like a semi going down the road. I wouldnt think after the cat it would be that loud.
