Default some questions

which way do you turn the lights to bring them down. clockwise or counter? they are so high i cant tell if they are moving.

Also is it better to go to the self washing station and power wash all the salt off, or leave it on and not risk the power washer messing up your clear coat.

i did get an oem passenger tow mirror for $65 shipped and now need the driver side. which is better, get an oem off ebay and risk it being damaged and them not telling you and being stuck with a broken one, or just buying a generic one and have the risk of the mirror glass rattling ? im leaning toward oem if i can find one.

was thinking of buying a lift, but wouldnt have any money for tires for a long time. might just crank the t bars a bit and called it a year. no clue what to do with this problem. i might flip a coin
any input would be cool

I can't remember whichaway you turn 'em, although I'm sure the owner's manual would tell you. What I did after I installed the lift is parked in front of my closed garage door and turned the lights on, then turned them down to where I thought they were good and even.

As far as the salt goes, I always went to the pay car washes and hit it with the pressure hose. I know I've read where it was a no-no, but I never had an issue with the clear.

I'd go oem if I could afford it.

Crank 'em for now, nothing looks worse to me than a lifted truck with little tires taking up too little of the wheel well...

+1 on the pressure wash. Stopped today on the way home from work and blasted a couple pounds of salt off of mine. I like the pressure wash because it helps get the salt out of th nooks and crannys. Then hand wash it to get the rest of the dirt off. Mine looks fine. I've always done my vehicles this way.

I use the laserwash (touch-less) on my truck to wash the salt off cause they have a undercarriage wash
