Default I need some help..... Truck problems

Okay guys, I have an 05 SLT QCSB 5.7 4x4 stock suspension on oem 20's. Here's my issue. Between 40-45mph on deceleration when applying the brakes, the *** end of the truck hops then smooths out when i get below 40mph. Now this only happens between 40-45mph, if I brake at 60mph and hold my brakes as i coming to a stop its smooth until i hit the 45mph mark, then the rear of the truck starts to hop. I changed the pads and rotors in the rear about 500 miles ago and that did the trick until today. I just put brand new cooper ltz's on about 200 miles ago with a full alignment done, everything within specs. Me and my buddy did it at his shop. I did notice the original tires were cupped pretty bad in the rear when I had them replaced. So the only thing I have yet to replace in the rear are the shocks. I looked the shocks over and found no leakage in the rear or front for that matter and the truck doesn't bounce over bumps no more than the average truck. So im leaning towards replacing the rear shocks as I'm out of ideas. I'm looking for any ideas/thoughts from my fellow ram owners. I'm stumped.

Well, its either the shocks or broken leaf. I know the tire psi is fine. But why did it subside when i installed new pads and rotors in the rear a couple months ago and just now turned up again?? Could I have a sticking caliper in the rear and its already warped my rotors?

Well, no sticking caliper both new rotors in the rear are fine and no broken leafs. Why does it only hop braking at 45-40mph? Shouldn't it hop at any speed? I don't think it could be my drive shaft as I would experience vibration at any speed correct? I'm just thinking out loud really hoping the light bulb will go off.

not driveshaft! you are rightt steady vibration all the time. have you balanced tires lately, some times it will only bounce at certain speeds. or is it only while braking?

Yes, i just mounted the tires 200 miles ago. I had this issue before i put tires on the truck. I actually thought the original tires were part of the problem since they were cupped. So its not the tires or the wheels, tires are new and wheels are properly balanced. Happens only when braking between the speeds of 45-40mph.
