Best place to mount air bag air compressor

Do you have a toolbox? You can easily bolt it in there but you would need something to muffle the sound a little bit.

Hmm, I'd like to do something like you have weedahoe but I looked and my bumper doesn't have the cross member you bolted the stainless to. So I guess now I gotta find or make up a bracket to hold a piece of stainless like that. I'd really like to do this without drilling any holes if possible but I don't think that's a possibility and keep it looking professional.

Great minds think alike! This is exaclty what I was thinking but I wanted to get the opinion of the rest of the guys here and see what they all thought. I wonder if it would be a good option to do this (fab a steel cover) and put it under the bed...mmmm...

When mine was in the toolbox I had it all mounted to a sheet or plyboard and the plyboard had rubber feet attached to it

I made my brackets as well. SS was just what we have a lot of at work.
